First, you are getting a TON of great advice! Take the time to really read what has been offered to you, and remember it takes time, and effort.

A trap to avoid, that I see many fall into is, learning just enough to make a song and never really putting that little extra into taking it to a truly pro level.

I have just been in the studio enough to see the "know it all" who never really get's "that sound"...and never will because they really don't know. They studio will gladly take your money either way.

There's nothing wrong with not having a hit, being pro, or anything along those lines, of course, if that's not your goal! There are many degrees in between. I say, just know what you want and work for it...whatever that may be. That's where happiness is!

If I can help in anyway, I am an PM away. I have preferred that method to public.

You are on your way! smile
