How do you do a chord like A7no3? is this possible in BIAB?

How do you do a chord like A7no3? is this possible in BIAB? I would see if there is a substitution chord with the same sound you are looking for because a7no3 is not a real chord go to http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/chord_name.php Put the notes on the neck of the guitar and see what names you come up with. . so I assume you are going to use 1,5,Dominant7th, not 1,3,5,Dominant7. You will aggravate yourself to no end because you are not naming a chord.

I'm copying a chord from official published sheet music so yes i goes its a 1,5,Dominant7th but how do you put that in BIAB? is it possible?

Hi Atlantis (I hope I'm remembering your name correctly),
In classical music, 1-5-dom 7 is often used as a variation of the 7th chord (especially V7). This is particularly true when the 3rd of chord V occurs in the melody because, from a classical harmony perspective, the 3rd should not be doubled in V7 since it is the leading note of the key. (I wonder if the 3rd of the chord is a melody note in the song you have...). This 1-5-b7 chord is still called V7 because it has enough notes in it to create the harmonic behaviour of V7. There is no such standard notation that I'm aware of that calls a chord V7no3 (although technically that's what it is).
In popular music, consideration does not usually seem to be given to the above doubling the 3rd principle unless the song is orchestrated or arranged by a classically trained musician.
The above being said, Realtracks cannot be controlled to the extent that this chord option can be selected. It may or may not occur and depends on the whether the person who recorded the accompaniment played it that way.
With midi styles, it is possible to edit the chord after it has been generated and change it to what suits. Once the changes have been made, if the track is then frozen, the changes will stay in place.
Chords that BIAB has that do not use the 3rd are chords such as C5, D5, Eb5 (etc). These are only the root and 5th of a chord and are called power chords.

Since I mostly use MIDI styles, I'd use an A7 and delete the 3 in a sequencer or DAW.
