If you like this look at the Tonewood Amp http://www.tonewoodamp.com/Advantages 1) you can install this on any guitar. 2) Price $239.00 USD Pretty neat dga! Nice find. The web site seems to imply tone wood amp is made in small batches by a start up. The firmware also seems to be in a state of flux. Hope the manufacture will survive and not be a one run and done company. The Yamaha guitar can connect to an amp using a cable jack located in the strap end pin. Corrected the post the second advantage was supposed to be the price. You play with effects with or without an amp. I think the Yamaha is like this too. I know a guy in Raleigh who got one of the first releases. His works flawlessly. I hope they do well too.
