I stand to be corrected on this but as far as I know, there is no universal setting. This is done on a song-by-song basis.
If anyone else knows any alternatives, I have no doubt they'll let us know! That's the beauty of forums. The total knowledge of individual users exceeds what any one user knows. Didn't intend it that way, I should have asked the question, "Will these settings affect all songs, or just the one you are working on?" I don't know myself.
