Are you talking about the Softube time & tone bundle? That would be a question for the Focusrite support forums or tech support. I'm not familiar with this particular package ...I have a very basic control panel installed.... so my uninformed initial questions would be, did you install it correctly and completely? Does it have individual components or is it a suite....all in one? Is there a preferences setting tab where you can select which modules to display?
There is also a possibility that some of the components won't work with BiaB.... if they are plug ins to BiaB. If they are a stand alone plug, they should work regardless.
My Focusrite has a software front end control panel that I never open. I set it originally... reverb, compression, in and out levels....and have left it set there ever since.
