In BIAB preference window where it says At Program BOOT UP select the drop down = "DO not open Song or Style" and then click OK
Even though it says no style will open I found that the original style that opened when I first opened BIAB is always the default style. However, this is as close to a Clean Slate as I have gotten. No song title, no file name, 1 chord.
