Hi Floyd and Guenter, thanks for the welcome aboard.
My cousin's original demo wasn't the complete song. Just verses and choruses. So I went to BIAB and picked a country slow ballad with piano style. I knew the key and tempo and generated the tracks I imported his audio vocal only and sent him his new demo. He loved it so much he quickly wrote a middle 8 and asked me to come up with a solo over another verse chord progression. I inserted those bars in BIAB and now became more selective on the instruments. I chose all RealTracks , bass 519,slide guitar 669,
nashvillEven8^5, 12 string acoustic guitar 1119, and cello 1856.
I opened this in RealBand and added RealTracks 12 string electric guitar 1030, piano 1690, and I changed the drums to RockHardLA^1.
I asked him to try and come up some backup harmony ideas. I used his ideas as inspiration and came up with my own ideas and I sang the 3 backup vocals. I sent him the mix last night and he loves it. He wants to do more. We live 300 miles apart but BIAB makes collaborating over the net very easy. Hopefully you'll hear more from us in the near future.

I have a producer friend and he can't believe the drum sounds. He can't figure out how BIAB gets it to sound so good and transition between chord changes so well.
My sister and I have also recorded some original songs and posted them on youtube.
