Yep Komplete and Komplete Ultimate cross-grade ($199 and $399 respectively) from full Kontakt 5, and a few other items, once a year and you JUST missed that one by about 4 weeks (ending 31 Mar)
And a once a year sale (I think not quite half price?) and it's usually right after the holiday "wallet drain" (in late Jan/early Feb?). Of course by that time you have already bought everything else from every other manufacturer at THEIR half-off holidays sales, so a lot of folks are too broke to take advantage
