Yes, we just helped a company with a dozen XP machines (out of the 116 they have).
Unfortunately, once an XP system got hacked and allowed access to internal networks every machine had to be checked .. some restored from repairs or wipe/reloads, some restored from backups (no Windows restore points used that I know of).

Cleaning up the mess that an XP machine can allow in (even when you are trying hard to not keep things as updated as possible) is no fun for either side.
We quoted them replacements with a warning and disclaimer a while back, so the onus was on them.
Keeping one at home is one thing .. but an enterprise network with XP machines on it is becoming a very real threat.

Imagine if a company Share or other critical resource is suddenly gone (or locked) ..
everything comes to a grinding halt.
