I actually didn't do much to her voice (didn't even take time to take breaths out) -
Here is my basic scratch (non-production) "standard vocal chain" for most of what I post:
I have ARC 2 system and I start that . . .
1) De-Breath (usually takes out breaths very nicely . . . (didn't affect this one at all because it can't differentiate the waves since so squashed at top)
2) De-Esser (I rarely tweek) I just use the standard setting for male or female
3) CLA (Chris Lord Alge) Vocals set to Face-to Face (has eq, small compression, small delay and small reverb) basically a subtle mini double emulation
4) If the vocals are too strong or too weak, I will use Vocal Rider
that is my basic vocal chain for scratch production . . .

UPDATE:
I have her booked to go into studio on the 15th. She will be on a much better mic U47 or U87 - and should be much better than the garage band she used to record her vocals - engineer is going to try both.

Thanks dga - I have not used realband much - might be worth getting to know that program . . . appreciate the comments! blessings! You can do any of my suggestions in cubase also, since I see you have that DAW. I just like the zoom function in RB should be one in your DAW too.
