I'm not quite sure what you mean but if you are saying that you have already generated a solo and you want to eliminate particular bars of the generated file and then piece the remaining bars into a coherent performance, I cannot see how this can be accomplished while remaining in BIAB.

If, on the other hand, you save the file as a "Performance file" in BIAB, you could then alter this file as you want in Realband (or a DAW) and then re-save the file with the exact same name as the performance track. BIAB would then load the new performance track when the song is restarted. The performance track needs to be in the same directory as the song file.

To get the new performance file and the current chord sheet to synchronise...

Open the song file in the BIAB without the performance track attached (to do this, simply rename the performance track prior to opening the song). Now delete the number of bars you modified from the appropriate section of the song. Save and close the song. Rename the performance track to its original name and re-open the song. The new performance track should be aligned with the modified song file.
