Not only do I face the same old bugs as in Version 2012, but the annoyance factor is now past the boiling point.
How do I stop this program from prompting me, each and every time I launch it, to select a folder for Band-in-a-Box and RealTracks, only to have it inform me I have selected the wrong folder?
I do not have either of these programs, and I do not need them to "generate songs."
I am going to request a refund if this behavior does not change.

Weird, you seem to have a unique issue.
I DO have both of the other programs and do not see any possible way to access these settings in PTW 2016, nor do I get the prompt you mention.
I'd suggest either a call or a Chat session with PGMusic support.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Ramalam, You need to contact Support. I suggest using the Live Help/Chat during office hours that's found under the Support link at the bottom of the page. PG Music have a 30-day money back guarantee - no questions asked. One thing to check... Power Tracks Pro Audio comes with Realdrums and I suspect that Realdrums are placed in what would be a Band In A Box path. When I installed PTPA, because I have BIAB and Realband, I didn't have to define a directory. With Band In A Box and Realband, by default installation, they are always first-level folders off the main drive.... for example, C:\bb and C:\Realband. Have a look at your computer and see if these folders exist. Did you install PTPA in c:\pt? Try the following... 1. Click on the Drum icon (#1 on the image below). 2. Click on the "Select" button (#3) and then navigate to c:\bb\drums (if it exists on your computer). 3. Select OK. 4. Check that the Realdrums path is c:\bb\drums (#2). My setup says d:\bb\drums because that is where I store Band In A Box.  Hope this helps, Noel P.S. I see rharv posted while I was putting mine together! He's very quick!

In the next update there will be a way to prevent the folders dialog from appearing every time the program is run, for those users who don't own BB.
