I downloaded the Delta driver for the 2496 and installed it.
However, I don't see any sign of the 2496 as Delta in my Control Panel where it should be listed. It also doesn't show to be on my choices for Audio--just the Sound Max is in my list of choices.
So---I must not have the board seated properly in my tower. Should I open my case and reseat it. Do I need to take the battery out first. When my technician got my computer started yesterday for me--He quickly reseated all the boards--I'm surprised it didn't start with the rest of my computer.
