A seriously impressive track.

Phil,

Thanks for the kind words. My signal chain is simple. Light compression (Usually a Sonitus) and a bit of reverb (also Sonitus).

Well done!

That's true. I have a friend who is an Elvis impersonator and I've played some of Bob's work for him in the past. When we work together on a track (he does a lot of Karaoke and has done a few BIAB tracks I've done for him) our benchmark is Bob's vocals. My friend (also a Bob) fusses because I can't make his voice sound as good as Bob's....

Shucks Charlie. blush That's about the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me. (I'm still trying to get “Carolina Shaggin'” on 94.9 The Surf – no joy yet!). grin

Hope you and yours are well.

Bob

I keep listening for it. Don't give up....
It's a pretty tight clique to break into.

Bob, I have always loved the tone of your voice. It's just one of the voices that most people will never have no matter how hard they try. And you can tell, for you, it's so natural.

Great instincts with your singing and melody. I really enjoyed it all the way around! Thanks man!
