There is a tambourine loop included in the Loops library that will automatically work in BIAB.
[Percussion Loops\Loop132bpm Tambourine Quarters 4 bars.wma]
Choose "Select a Loop for this track". Type tambourine in the search box...
Give it a try.
Do you do this in RB? I do this in BIAB. I only open RB to generate harmonies from a vocal track - and only do that on rare occasion now - so I don't know the ins-and-outs of RB... If you can select Loops in RB (as you can in BIAB), it ought to work...
