I agree with Matt. It sounds like a tempo issue.

At the end of each Realtrack is a number such as 085, 110, 120, etc. These numbers are the tempo at which the Realtrack was recorded. I've found that going 10 below and 15 - 20 above is usually ok. Outside that, major audio stretching or shrinking is needed and audio-artifacts result. (For example, if a RT was recorded at 120 bpm, a workable range will be around 110 bpm to 135 bpm.)
