It's an interesting thread, and probably explains why some people have been here so long.
Heck, some users were on the previous PGMusic forum that was retired more than 16 years ago ..
Mac's legendary 30k+ post count is nowhere near the real number; the count started over when the forum changed formats.. he probably made 50k posts here while participating, and helped a whole lot of people, me included.
I wonder what Mac would do if a bunch of us showed up on his doorstep with all the makins' for a party? If anybody knows his address and wants to find out, count me in. ;-)
