Cari amici,
ora che mi sono fieramente dotato di BIAB 2010 (versione mac) mi accingo ad affrontare il passo logico successivo, ovvero: dove trovo una collezione interessante di canzoni in forma fakebook, comprensiva di melodia?
L'ideale, lo ammetto, sarebbe avere tempo e modo di crearsi il proprio fakebook, e digitalizzarlo, melodie e accordi. Ma per cominciare? Voi cosa usate?

intanto i miei più vivi complimenti per l'acquisto. Sono sicuro che avrai da divertirti.
Riguardo la tua richiesta posso dirti che, in tanti anni di frequentazione della rete, ho raccolto una grossa quantità di materiale per BiaB: più di 4800 files raccolti in una trentina di cartelle. Chiaramente ci sono diversi duplicati, non tutti, ma una buona parte, sono completi di melodie e, essendo piuttosto datati, non prevedono le real traks e real drums. Se fossi interessato, così come tutti gli amici che leggono, a ricevere un archivio compresso (47 MB) che comprende il tutto fammi avere, se preferisci con un messaggio privato, la tua mail, sarò felice di inviartelo.

Caro Gianni, anch'io sono molto curioso di mettere il naso nei tuoi Real Books.
In cambio sono ben contento di mettere a tua disposizione qualche "chicca" che ho raccolto in anni di duro smanettamento. Qualche esempio?
Un OmniBook con i principali brani di Charlie Parker, oppure un RealBook con i capolavori della Bossa Nova. Ma ho anche trovato un metodo per chitarra della Berklee School of Music e, udite udite, un "Classique Fake Book" con i più usurati brani di musica classica.
Dimenticavo: il tutto "gira" benone sul mio Windows XP, ma credo non ci siano problemi per il Mac.
Chi è interessato si faccia avanti. Come si dice nelle inserzioni, "astenersi perditempo". Ma qui nel forum mi sa che di perditempo non ce n'è.

Ciao ragazzi, è la prima volta che scrivo su questo forum dopo circa un annetto di soddisfacente utilizzo del meraviglioso BIAB. Io personalmente lo sto utilizzando non tanto per comporre musica ma piuttosto come programma didattico, intendo suonare seguendo la musica a video, mi sto esercitando sia con la chitarra che con il flauto traverso, lo trovo entusiasmante! Detto questo, sarei MOOOLTO interessato anche io a ricevere i links con i Vostri realbooks, sai quante ore ci passerei suonando i vari pezzi! Mi riallaccio a questa discussione per chiedere se conoscete un programma (per windows) che permette di gestire ( catalogare, ordinare, filtrare, etc..) le ormai svariate migliaia di file midi che ho collezionato in anni di duro (?) lavoro.

Da anni, io uso un prog shareware che si chiama MIDICAT, e che fa proprio quello che dici tu.
Funziona benino, anche se e' datato.
