Bapu.... I was going to ask if you are the same Bapu from cake...

What are you trying to accomplish? From the settings you selected, it looks like you want to export as individual normalized tracks.

My assumption is, as a cakewalk user, the end result is a finished song using BB files were needed and you playing the parts live that you and others can play. Fair assessment?

If so.... I'm going to tell you how I do this process. It's essentially 3 steps.

Compose the music first in BB and get everything like you want it..... tempo, key, song structure, breaks, style, etc.... You should be able to play along with it and it should play exactly how you want the finished project to work.... intro, structure, endings... when it's like that... Don't worry about the details at this point. Simply save it in your file folder. Note: try to use the styles that have real tracks in them as opposed to the midi based styles.

Now, open it in real band. Load it and let RB generate the audio tracks. Now, use RB to add the additional tracks and instruments you might be looking for. This is generally where I'm adding the steel and dobro and fiddle to my tunes. Once I have the tracks I want and need, I simply click on, to select, the whole track, and chose EXPORT as a wave to my project's working folder. I export one track at a time. It takes about 60 second to export the ones I want.

Then, from inside Sonar, I select IMPORT AUDIO and my basic project is now in Sonar ready for the live tracks and vocals and final mixing.

Hope that was useful to you.
