As far as I am concerned you did not write 100 songs! You wrote 100 masterpieces!
I really like the vibe on this one, everything about it is ready for radio air time. How many times have I said that? I'd say about 100.
So for the 100th time I really like this one and in fact it is probably the best you have done to date and.............
This is a keeper!

Darn, at first glance at the title we thought we were going to listen to a cover of icehouse's hey little girl ;-)
Just kidding, this one sounds great!
As do all of your songs, they are among the best on this forum.
The arrangements, the clarity of the mixes, the vocals and background vocals. All of this shows a truly great musical talent.
Your comments on songs of others are always positive and constructive. I think we speak for all on this forum when we say that the energy you put into this is very much appreciated!

One hundred songs is impressive but when you factor in the consistent high quality of the writes, the vocals and the production it takes on another dimension. Janice is thrilled to be part of this milestone!!

This "Little Girl" seems to me quite special
as you seem to have made the trip back to
the sixties with this one and thus I mean
to music that resembles The Beach Boys and
maybe to an even greater extent The 4 Seasons
both groups of whose music I´ve always loved very much !
this one is just terrific in every aspect and I
can´t but rejoice in your achievement !
May we hear many more tunes like this !

Nice song. Very catchy, feel good song reminiscent of early summer, school's out releases that rang out from our radio's when there were fun hit songs.

floyd, Congrats on #100. I'm sure that is a drop in the bucket compared to your entire catalog. They have all been good writes and well produced including this one. I really enjoyed the organ sound. You are an inspiration and a great source of learning regarding songwriting and production to all of us that follow you. I can only smile as I imagine what the next 100 will bring to us. Thanks for all you do here on the forum. We sure do appreciate it. Tom Tom - I do appreciate all those nice things you said. 90 from you is pretty much the same thing. And you keep raising the bar with every production and every write. I wish that we were just a little closer so we could get together now and again to see what might happen...

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. There are more country songwriter styles (8) that provide intimate, rootsy foundations for storytelling and modern Americana writing.
