I'm not concerned with what the rendered wave sounds like.... as far as the count in or the ending silence or fade.... or the levels. It's just a step in the process towards the final version.


If you render to a wave.... the simple solution is to not worry what RB or BB gives you as it's rendered wave. Simply take that wave file and open it in a wave editor. In the editor, you can "TRIM" the start or the ending as needed. Perfect edits every time. You also have some other useful tools in those editors. You can bump the levels up as well via several different methods.

Audacity..... Wavepad..... and probably several others. I use Wavepad.
