The default setting used to be that if a wav file was saved, it was automatically saved with acidized information. This wasn't always convenient for some because if adjustments were made in Sonar (say), the acidized stuff would kick in and change the Realtracks.

These days, if you want to save acidized details, it needs to be activated prior to saving the file.

Follow the 1, 2, 3 on the below image if you want to save acid loops.
