Is it possible add master_realtracks_installer.exe to BIAB 2015?
Is it available for download.
I've never installed Real Tracks before.
What is the proper method?

To install a set of Realtracks, simply doubleclick on the exe file. It might 10 - 15 seconds to initialise things. When the path window comes up, double-check that the program paths are correct. If they are, go ahead and install. It's very straightforward.

Thanks It depends on what Band-in-a-Box package you are installing (Pro, Mega, UltraPAK, or EverythingPAK). And also, what type of media / shipping method (DVD, USB Hard Drive version, or Download). There is an optional "Master RealTracks Installer" included in Download versions of the Ultra and EverythingPAK. If you have downloaded a bunch of RealTracks installer files and have them located in the same folder, you can use the Master installer to automatically install them all rather than installing each one individually. Band-in-a-Box 2016 includes a download Manager which can take the place of the manual RealTracks download and install process.

I have the equivalent of an "Everything Pak" since my first purchase of BIAB 2009. I religiously did the upgrade each year for the past 7 years and believe me it is a major pain install all 253 Realtrack EXE files, 29 Realdrum EXE files, 3 shot & holds EXE packs, Plus Pack addons, 16 Pack addons, 10 Pack addons, 8 Pack addons. You can see where I am going. If PGMusic has available a single EXE Installer, can that be made available to registered users? It would sure save a lot of time if the program ever needs to be reinstalled again.

Just FYI, for me the quickest way to re-install (and then possibly apply updates) is that every year when a new version comes out, I install the latest version on top of my existing copy, and then I just use WinZip to create a Zip backup of BIAB. I save the RT's and RD's in separate Zip files. I then save them off to an external USB drive. If I ever need to re-install BIAB (perhaps due to hard drive crash), I just unzip the files, install the most recent install file (so fonts and DX effects get installed), then install the updates that have been released since I created the Zip file. I'm generally up and running in about an hour, most of that time waiting for the multiple gigabytes of RT/RD/BIAB files to unzip to the hard drive. I'll usually start all three concurrently, then go do something else. This way I don't have to install each file separately.
I've been doing this method since about BIAB version 9 (not 2009).
Whatever works.
