Assuming BIAB version 2016, for the display, right click on the chordsheet and click on the button, Jazz Symbols.
For the leadsheet or the Notation Window, click on the Opt. button (lower left corner of the upper half of the screen in the Notation Mode). Click on the Jazz Symbols checkbox, 2/3 of the way down the left side of the dialog box.
Note that the half-diminished chord displays as a circle with the line through it, followed by the number 7.
