Love it Bob. For Bud it brings back sweet memories of what the locals called River Road
when he was growing up in S GA.
We love the imagery, the vocal, and the arrangements is over the top interesting.
Janice commented that the interlude coming after the word "anew" was perfect and
then the fiddle set the mood for as she said "that peaceful road."
In short a fine production and one to be proud of and one that is about to be added
to our SC playlist!

I might be repeating myself  but... Super COOL, Bob! Your vocals are always strong - and this might be your best! Excellent write. "Now before me, here you stand Your broken halo in your hand And cryin' I can take away your strife And show you there is more to life Than dyin'." WOW. Excellent production. I like the break. The balance between the synth and steel is nice. The fiddle has a John-Anderson-Seminole-Wind-feel to it - Super! Thought the banjo should be a tad louder at the end. One of my 90dB favorites, for sure!!! Standing O on this. fj

Well done. A very intriguing piece of music with lyrics that match the mood. The arrangement is great. Thanks for posting the RTs you used. I may fiddle around with your "band" on a tune.

"Broken halo in your hand", what a super lyric! Actually I really liked the all of the lyrics. Your mix and vocals are top shelf and pro all the way!

Sensational vocal, and a really perfect mix.
I was particularly impressed with the lyrics, and the instrumental break was the icing on the cake.
