Double check PREFS, Midi driver. This happened to me before, turns out my midi driver Coyote WT went AWOL and had to reinstall it.
Memory is short but I think that same build was the cause and went back to 434, still no driver, went back to 435 and to my surprise discovered Coyote WT was gone.
