TEMP and internet temp files....
you can generally delete them all without major issues. They are used to save time in opening web sites you visit. Instead of DL'ing them every time, the computer saves them and opens them from those folders.
After a while, that eats up a HUGE chunk of the drive storage.
Also, as was mentioned.... the backup folders. All you probably need is the last backup. The rest are simply taking up valuable HD real estate.
