Anyone successfully tried using Soundflower in conjunction with BBox in some fashion?

I had it but dumped it. I don't recall why but it just seemed to take too much effort to my liking.
If you are looking for a way to control the sound from your Mac try Boom2. I have four sound reinforcement choices (PA, amps etc.) and can preset Boom for each one.

Never heard of this one (one of the perks of forums, finding out about new things smile ), so will be checking it out, thanks for the tip.

Would still like to hear user's experiences with Soundflower.

I didn't do it before but you gave me an idea Icelander. I've seen that binab 2016 gives the chance to select the audio output. So i tried to output binab to soundflower so to control it in ableton live. It works.

Very interesting. I'm not familiar with this Ableton thing, so when you say "works", just what does that include in terms of intended purpose and result?

I can, for exemple, do a crossfade between an ableton track and a binab one. As long as ableton let me "mechanize" many parameter, i can assign one or more controls to the midi controller for the binab track (volume, equalization and more).
But i feel i'm finding other interesting applications...

Very good, thanks for the input.
I think perhaps I'll read up a bit on this Ableton to grasp the concept at least.

Interesting and encouraging indeed cool
But have your experiments then also included any sort of recording with the aid of Soundflower in any way?
