I've been using BIAB in live gigs for over 10 years, today was it's first total failure.

First of all, it's the 2016 Audiophile version with the latest upgrades. Computer is a Samsung laptop running Windows 10. I've been using this computer with this version BIAB since I purchased it last fall, and using W-10 for abut 6 weeks. I've never had any problems.

Up until last week on live gigs I've been running audio out of the headphone jack, but recently noticed it beginning to become intermittent, so I began using an M-Audio Fast Track C400 (USB connection to the computer) that I used a couple of years ago on this computer when doing some recording. I did have to change BIAB's audio setting to ASIO. Before going to the gig I turned the computer off and rebooted, loaded BIAB and everything seemed to be fine.

At the gig the computer boots up just fine and runs W10. When I begin to load BIAB I get error messages,
"Your driver uses a data format the the program doesn't yet support"
"Error creating ASIO buffer"
"Error starting ASIO driver"

BIAB continues to load, and I can load a song file. Hitting play causes these same error messages and then BIAB hangs up and stops responding. BIAB also hangs after killing/restarting BIAB when I try to access the audio settings to see if I can change drivers.

I found and loaded the "ASIO for All" driver on the internet, but no change in symptoms.

This is something I may have to work directly with PG support and will do that during business hours Monday if I've not found some other solution. Appreciate any other suggestions.

Thanks
