Do you have Loopbe (the 2 port one is free) or MIDI OX, or some other internal PC MIDI router?

I use MIDI Guitar 2 (Beta 12 right now), a Fishman Triple Play, and a few other external items that input sound that, in-turn, can output MIDI, and in all cases you need a software MIDI "pipe" that can route MIDI from the application (in this case MIDI Guitar 2) to another application (like BIAB, or Sonar, or...).

Of course you don't have to have SW MIDI router if you can send MIDI Guitar 2 MIDI output to a physical HW MIDI port then bring in back into the PC on another PORT and have BIAB listen on that port.

If you use MIDI OX you can monitor what comes in from MIDI Guitar 2 what goes OUT to BIAB on that port, and then ALSO what BIAB sends BACK out its "thru" channel (default is Ch5)

Good Luck
Larry
