I'm using the standard (in this version anyway) 2 bar ending. It's not going "beyond" anything, if I follow you. Yes, it's a held (sustained) chord that tries to fade naturally, but BIAB cuts it off.
Switch to the 4 bar ending. It gives you 2 more measures for a more natural fade. Alternatively, you can write your own custom ending. Shut off the factory endings and just use the bars needed for your ending and a nice fade. I have been using this method on quite a few of my last few songs. I like a custom ending.
