BIAB only supports "11" when it is modified (as in #11). The best you can do is to use a C9sus (which will use the "4" - which is the "11" in the octave below). Your chord voicing may not be right, but the notes should be there and how they show up depends on the style.

B7sus4 and B7sus are the same. Generally, when you see "sus" by itself, it implies a sus4 (versus a sus2).

BIAB doesn't truly support a differentiated sus2 versus add9 versus add2. It only supports a "2" designation. You'll get the right notes (mostly), but it may not be the correct chord voicing. Technically, a sus2 replaces the "3" with the "2", whereas an "add9" or "add2" includes it in addition to the base chord.

Right or wrong, that's just the way BIAB has (and pretty much always has) done it.
