My understanding is that the Xtra Styles use RealTracks from the BiaB 2016 UltraPlusPAK, EverythingPAK, or Audiophile Edition, and require Build 437 or higher. So you need one of those packs to get the functionality.

However, don't be afraid to start at that level, the features offered from the UltraPlusPAK upwards are really worthwhile.
