CAll PG they WILL know.

And yep, one of us should have WARNED YOU - there are many, many files and most are large files, I was going to give you a heads up in last post but forgot (old guy disease).

You NEED(ed) a GOOD HIGH SPEED connection to get it all and get it all FAST.

I've only got 20mpbs DSL but can get the yearly upgrade downloaded in a night. But the yearly upgrades usually only adds about 5 to 7 large RT's download sets in addition to the program, some extra's & misc. stuff.

RD's has been "stuck" at 29 sets for a long time so I never re-download those. Diitto for any OLDER RT's - no need to ever re-download those once they have been downloaded, backed up, and installed.

If you indeed got the Ultraplus pak - it has ALL RD's and RT's to date so that is a LOT to download from scratch. However, once you do have it ALL then at next upgrade (usually early Dec)the total download will be MUCH, much smaller.

WHILE you wait - (to get it all downloaded or to get a HDD sent and BTW: ouch!, I knwo those duties, taxes and shipping are murder!) I suggest you download in this order:

1. Base BIAB and Realband file
2. ALl Realdrums, there are only three of those files
3. all the smaller files: MIDI super tracks, loops, shots and holds files, etc.
4. next Go to PG and browse RT set descriptions to cherry pick the RT's sets that cover you most favored style/genre (to get you started only) and download those FIRST

get all the above installed/working and start using BIAB with those few RT's and the RD's while you continue to downloading the rest (you can keep adding/installing the RT's as you get them downloaded) and/or waiting for postman to bring you a new PG HDD

GOOD LUCK
Larry
