Hi, please let me know if this is the wrong forum for this one.
Have just downloaded the Pro version from discs and then tried to download the Coyote Forte DXI on the months trial.
Not sure whether it is working downunder here as all I get in the file is a readme file and no data.
At this point my Midi set up is -
Input drive - nil as I haven't been able to get my Midi controller to work with an Edirol UM-1 as I am reading Windows 10 so not support that.
Midi Output - Microsoft GS Wave table
Synth/Sound Card - Coyote Forte DXi
Use VSTi/DXi Synth - Box ticked
Route Midi through to Midi driver - ticked
VSTi/DXi Synth settings - (Sample Tank 2)....think I mucked up here??
Driver Latency 488
GM2 support - General Midi 2
When I exit this it asked to install the Drums from a bb folder.
As you can see Im really up to speed on this!!
I guess no said it was going to be easy.

Opps....now I have no Midi playing.
Is it normal that there is a BiaB and Real Band has a shortcut on the screen??.....and they have 2 different folders in the program files??
Just noticed that when I had to use the Task manager to close down Real Band (locked up) that is said it was a 32 bit version as well as BiaB.
I believe I am running 64 bit on Windows 10 (have no idea what they both mean).
Is this an issue??

Wish, At the moment, don't worry about attaching midi keyboards, etc. Save that until BIAB is up and running... I've always found it best to sort out one problem at a time. Also, postpone loading Forte DXi. At the moment, simply use Coyote WT. (Don't worry about Realband at this point in time either. We'll get on to that in a bit.) If you go to Preferences (#1 on the below image), set everything up as I have highlighted and numbered below (#2 - #9). (You already have most of these settings in place.)  This should get you up and running. Let us know how you go. Once the basic set-up is up and running, then we can look at getting Forte DXi and your external keyboard going. Regards, Noel P.S. BIAB will install to C:\bb and Realband will install to c:\Realband

Thanks heaps Noel,cant seem to get rid of the Sample Tank on VSTi settings!!?? Will keep pressing buttons

Got it...now I have Midi sounds.

Sorry, I forgot to tackle Sampletank in the previous post. I recommend that you leave that alone at the moment, too. It's a little more complicated to use than a general midi synth.
