I recall another discussion about this. I believe that you can buy the new RealTracks and they will work with your older version. The difficulty is in selecting them because the indexing system has been changed. I am pretty certain you can select them individually; they just won't show up in styles lists.
Hope that's right. As rharv said, you can give Sales a call and ask. Be sure to post the answer here if I'm wrong.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
