OP Saxfred Enthusiast Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 31 Paris (France)	Thanks ejrene So far I did not have any contact with the support (after one week) I have tried already importing different files, different format mp3 wav but no improvement I have also impoted from different part of the software from the file Menu the Audio Menu and from the Icon same thing Wait & see !!!!
