Band-in-a-Box Windows版で作曲したソングファイルをオーディオ変換すると、頭に数秒の無音の部分が入ります。リードイン＆メトロノームオプションダイアログの<リードインを入れる>をオフにしたのに、なぜオーディオファイルの頭に無音の部分が入るのでしょう。頭に無音の部分を入れずにオーディオ変換できますか。

『オーディオファイルの作成』ダイアログの「リードインを含める」が有効で、「ドラムのカウントインを含める」が無効になっていると思います。つまり、「ドラムのカウントインがないリードインが含まれる」ような設定が行われています。両方のオプションを無効にしてオーディオ変換すると、ファイルの頭に無音が挿入されません。
『リードイン＆メトロノームオプション』ダイアログは、ソングの演奏や録音時に適用されるもので、オーディオファイルの変換には影響を与えません。

オーディオファイルの作成ダイアログを提案どおりの設定にしたら、期待したオーディオファイルを作成できました。ありがとうございました！(^o^)/
