No Matt, I'm trying to learn how others create unique styles from what BIAB provides. Trying to expand my songwriting tools by what works for others . Like Noel mentioned starting with a drum track sets mood & tempo.
My wife and I write some Gospel songs and trying to keep up with some of the Praise & Worship contemporary songs require a different approach than the older ballad styles that have been the mainstay for many years.
Some of the newer songs have different drum patterns than many of the BIAB drums so loops might work better. Wyndham
