BIAB for the PC - hold down the ctrl and shift key and click on the Master tab and drag to the desired wav,m4a,wma or mid box in the quadrant box. All tracks will be saved as individual files. The individual quadrant box will be orange and turn green when the files have been saved.
You'll see what he's referring to at the top left. "Master" is to the left of the Bass, Piano, etc track names, and you'd drag it to the WAV corner of the box marked "Drop".
Another method would be to hit the WAV button, then "Save all track to WAV files with options". In the window that appears, check the "One WAV file per track" box, then click the "VST Direct Render (Save WAV File)" button.
I can't draw arrows and circles like some of the others here can, but here is a screenshot of the quadrant or drop box area I mentioned.
The sequence is hold the ctrl and shift key on the computer keyboard, while holding those two keys, maneuver your mouse cursor over the Master button, left click with your mouse and drag your cursor down into one of the quadrants of the drop box.
Each quadrant will export the individual tracks in whatever type of file you drag the mouse cursor to. So, to export as .wav files drag to the .wav quadrant, drag to the wma quadrant to export as a wma file and so forth. If you want to do a specific track rather than all the tracks, you choose the appropriate track button and not the master button. So to export your bass track, drag from the bass button, guitar from the guitar button and so forth.
Hope this helps. Sorry for the confusion of my earlier post.
Since everyone else already told you "how to"... I'll add just this one thing....
Set up a folder, name it for the song, and send all the wave tracks to it. You can also use it to save the PG files (SGU & MGU) so that it's all in one place and easy to find again.
I typically set up a master folder with the year's date..... Songs 2016... for example and then save the individual song folders in it. It's certainly really easy to find any song I've ever worked on.
