Hi Charlie. You can use bandicam to grab the screen. At the same time as you are grabbing the screen you can record good quality audio using your normal methods. The take the screen grab video and line it up with the good quality audio file using video editing software. I use nch video pad but I am sure loads of other video software can do the same thing.
