Many thanks for your great comments Greg. I would love to capture that ELO sound but I have a way to go yet! Then again Jeff Lynne has such a great voice. I can dream  I`m having trouble reviewing your song - the way that guitar comes in at the end fries my brain!

"Wow!" was the first word that sprang into my head when I started listening. This is terrific. I really like the chord progression, the melody and the arrangement. Sensational music!

I have had a busy year; moving house, lots of things to do in the new house, my 5 year old who keeps me on my toes, making worship backing tracks (using BIAB of course) for my local church. I am also trying to put together an album and looking into giving guitar lessons locally. My other half is very understanding but spare time is limited. So I thought the Xtra styles competition was something I could dip my toes into without spending too much time but I have really got the bug again now, lol! I checked out a few of the recent tracks on the User Showcase and was blown away by the quality of the songs and musicianship which gave me something to aim for. Cheers Rec
