"I try to run BIAB, all I get is the BIAB icon and the letters "bbw""
"When I click the desktop icon I get "bbw"."
Can you send a screen shot of what you get:
Hit the PrtScr button on your keyboard
Open Paint and paste or Ctrl+V
Save it and attach it below in File Manager when you post a reply.
You can try and rename C:\bb to C:\bb-old
now go to the external drive right click on X:\bb folder copy
now go to C:\ and paste and try again.
You can try and disable antivirus if you have one.
You can try right click on C:\ in My Computer - Properties - Tools - Check for Errors now, you may have to restart.
