I'm very surprised that deleting intrface.bbw and mysetup.dk didn't solve the problem. I've seen (what appears to be) this issue dozens of times over the years, and this has always worked.

If you have the patience for another reinstall, just make sure you fully delete the BB folder first, and it really should work. If that doesn't do the trick (or if you prefer not to go through the process again), please give our tech support number a call tomorrow. We'll figure it out.
