I'm very surprised that deleting intrface.bbw and mysetup.dk didn't solve the problem. I've seen (what appears to be) this issue dozens of times over the years, and this has always worked. Since it didn't work at first, but did work later, I wonder if something was cached. Perhaps rebooting the PC is a required step after deleting those two files?
