Once you get the track you want, hit the WAV button and use the Dxi - Direct Render. It should not regenerate and you should end up with what you heard. You must use a Dxi synth to use the Render, even if you're only doing Real Tracks.

You can generate Real Tracks into a wave file w/o using a DXI Synth. Click the "re-render" to wave file button. The RT's will save as wave files, but if you have a midi Biab part, the midi will not generate to a wave file.
