Donny, 10 has the same File Explorer icon in your taskbar that 7 did. Click on that and it opens to your main directory tree. In the upper right of that window is the Search box.

Plus don't forget about Cortana. Click in that box and ask her anything including where any file or folder is or how do do something. You can also make her voice activated. This article explains it:

As an aside, you've probably never been a video gamer. Cortana is a hot babe computer generated AI from the Halo video game series who is very smart and assists the Master Chief in defeating the space invaders. There's tons of clips of her in action on YouTube.
