I love it when people go off the beaten track and produce intriguing mixtures like this. This is an excellent example! Loved the appropriate ending. Well done all round.
(Youngsters like this were also shipped to Australia and many were used/abused as virtual slave labour. My wife has a relative who endured this.)

Thank you for listening and your kind comments. Great that you enjoyed the ending as it felt a bit risky.
I`m a history buff and get alot of inspiration from that interest. The Australian child emigration program has had more attention than the Canadian- it was seeing "Oranges and Sunshine" which first got me reading on the subject.

Robert this is fantastic. That mixture of a driving beat, minor chords, and those outstanding backing tracks enhanced by your super vocal and lyrics is just top shelf IMHO.
This could be used in a film documentary about child labor.
