Hi Dave, It's a great program. Here's an image of just some of Nectar's controls that I can manage via envelopes. Reaper is incredibly powerful in this regard.  Something else that I find very useful are the stretch markers. These allow me to stretch and shrink a note or a section. I find stretch markers most useful with tightening or relaxing timing of notes, instrumental and vocals.
