I'm puzzled as well. Do you mean the RealNotation that some (most?) RealTracks have? This MIDI information may or may not have been captured from (or, at the same time as) the actual RealTracks; some was a transcription approximating the audio. In either case, Jim's answer should be correct.
Or does this question mean something else?

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
